Diplomatic meeting of the States accepting the competence of the IHFFC will take place on December 8th 2016 in Bern.
In its capacity as Depositary Switzerland has convened this conference in accordance with Article 90(1)(b) of the 1977 Protocol I Additional to the Geneva Conventions of 1949.
The main object of this conference is the election of the 15 members of the Commission for a term of 5 years. The States have been invited to submit candidatures no later than 15 October 2016.
