The International Humanitarian Fact-Finding Commission (IHFFC) has proposed its services to the government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia by a letter dated 29 December 2020.
The IHFFC stands ready to assist Ethiopia with regard to the recent developments in Tigray Region.
