The International Humanitarian Fact-Finding Commission (IHFFC) has proposed its services to the governments of the Russian Federation and of Ukraine through letters dated 10 March 2022.
The IHFFC stands ready to assist the Russian Federation and Ukraine with regard to the situation in Ukraine.
